In a small bowl stir together 1 green onion, sliced 1 teaspoon light mayo; 1 teaspoon lemon juice; 1/2 teaspoon snipped dill;  and 1 clove garlic minced. Add 3 ounces drain water packed tuna; toss. Arrange 1 cup spinach on  a plate. Arrange 1 Roma tomato sliced on spinach top with tuna mixture. Add 1/2 tablespoon sliced almonds. Serve with 1 ounce whole grain crackers and a pear.
